Nice job and lovely cat

my garage door developed a problem lately - when disengaged the screw locker, manually lifting it up and down, i found that lifting up is easier but harder to pull it down.  does that mean my sping beinmg over torsed?  currently the garage door sometimes going down halft way then reverse up.
