the program started in 1950's and still good. when you take a vacation in germany, go to a mb or bmw or volvo dealer telling them you want to go with euro delivery program. after price and options are set, you pay and drive the car away for your entire vacation.  before you fly back, drop the car to the dealer and you go.  a month later, your car is at your gate.  i heard you can save thousands than buying from a local dealer.
