Engine Leak Oil???

Hi I jacked my GS300 up this weekend (see below starter) and found some oil drops near where engine and transmission meet (rear wheel drive).  I am certain it is engine oil which is quite clean.  No wonder it has been losing oil on the car.  What's the best way to handle: magic engine treatment?  Could it be something as easy as dropping oil pan?   Car has very high mileage but runs well(>200K).

P.S.: sorry cannot type Chinese at work.  No time go on-line at home...sigh.
