关于车险的两个问题

关于车险的两个问题：

 

1) liability coverage一定要包括uninsured/underinsured motorists coverage吗？

2) full coverage里面有一项auto comprehensive insurance, 有保的必要吗？because it seems only valuable if you believe your car is susceptible to theft, or fire/flooding these kind of extremely low rate events.
