Help: toyoto Rav4 transmission or EMC problem

2001 Toyoto RAV4, 11 万迈, 一直没有什么问题-直到一星期前: 在0-5 迈 低速给油加速时，发动机转速增加声音增大但速度加得很慢，同时，车有膨膨响声. 速度超过 20迈加速没问题. 让修车行看了一下说 transimission or EMC rebuild,要3千刀。

Also, the engine light is on. After I
tried to reboot EMC, the engine light is off and the problem is gone. But after
driving about 10 miles, problem comes back again (Engine light is still off). Transimission
oil changed 4yrs ago, and should be changed now. Please help: should I change
oil first or change EMC first? Toyoto has EMC re-call on 2007 for this model.
