it seems pretty troublesome stuff :-( 

after battery replacement, the auto-lock/unlock for door stopped working, but found a post with method of resetting the computer setting for it. 

there is also a power window resetting procedure, but not working, dealer tried, also not working and will charge $$ for further diagnose
