power window not working after replacing battery

05 Camry

passenger side rear window stopped working -- not up / not down, both switches (driver's and the one on the door) not working on it. Cannot seem to hear any sound while clicking on switch. Fuse is good.

not sure if it is related to battery replacement -- my wife said it was working before ...

where should I start looking? -- relay, switch (since both switches are not working, so i feel chances is slim), motor, wire, regulator?

any code can be read from computer?
