I am in Maryland. The fine is from motor vehicle administrator in Maryland. Just find out that ALLSTATE did not send me the last renewal bill 45 days before due day. Already file a complain in MD state insurance department. Not sure if finding a lawyer is necessary right now. Please share some ideas if somebody has same experience. Thanks.
