100000 miles?

mileage is kind too high.  with potential engine problems small or big, for $20000 not recommended.

(they can reset the message to make it disappear but that is not a solution.  from another angle to see this - if they can resolve the real issue why they would wait until now?)

by the way, better have somebody who has experience with you when you make first purchase.
