你应该说：

“我看见丫冲过来，直接切入我的车道。丫很快，我马上刹车还是撞上了。blah,blah...”

或者 

“我看见丫冲过来，直接向我撞过来，我边上的车道有车，我无处可躲，让丫撞上了，blah,blah,...”

牢牢记住！

NEVER say: "I didn't see him...."

 ALWAYS say "I saw him but it was too late to take action to avoid the collision....."
