人生完整了，车祸求助

星期三上班途中，开俺的Ford focus在35迈限速在双向5车道以35左右的速度正常行驶
，突然一辆
pick-up从右侧饭店的parking lot窜出来，躲闪不及，结结实实的撞上了。如图. 俺的

total了。人还好，只是胸口火辣辣的疼，直接被救护车送到医院。人还好，只是胸骨
受点轻伤。星
期四拿到警察报告，应该是对付完全责任。 今天收到对方保险公司email， 彻底崩溃：

was no obstruction to your view,  clear intersection, you should have 
seen him. Because of lack of observation on your part, Allstate is 
willing to pay 70% of your damages. Thank you.

当时完全懵了，没有找证人，警察报告上倒是有证人电话。 如何和对方保险公司argue
