发动机黄灯告警

车子有了CEL黄灯告警，去Autozone借了表测了一下，得到以下错误码：

P0300 - Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected
P0303 - Cylinder no. 3 misfire detected
P0117 - Engine coolant temperature circuit, low input

最近的一个变化是车子打着以后的转速，以前都是在1000转以上，现在是1000一下了。

按照维护要求，80K应该是换第二次Spark Plugs了，车子现在83K，还没来得及换。

请各位大侠给号号脉，是不是有可能是Spark Plugs的问题? 多谢！

车子：2003年VW帕萨特V6,83K迈
