You'd better buy a <30,000 Mile 2009 Pilot EX with leather and digital thermo control at around $24K, and buy a Honda bumper to bumper extended warranty (60 months 84K miles) for only $1K. The Honda care warranty is even better than the orginal factory warranty - 0 deductible plus free rental and road side assistance.
