not much difference between 2011 & 2010. 2011 has the power liftgate, if that is important to you.

$40K is right for 2011, WITHOUT any options. If you get premium package, you have got a steal.

As for 2010, $40k should get an almost full loaded FX35.

I would go with 2010.
