help!

Last weekend, I went to Toyota dealer and got my car fixed. As some experts here suggested, the brake rotors were re-surfaced. It works fine. I have one more problem for my car. Hopefully, you guys can help me again.

 

I found a tiny hole on the How can I get it fixed? Do I need to visit car dealer again?
