brake fluid is fine. break light is on and off!

Many people think it is break fluid, but it is fine, almost full.

The light is on when I make turn or raining. Kind of strange.


dealer's advise is change pads and rotors on front. Flush fluid, change hardware, clear rear brakes. I don't know what is hardware?
