This is how I loose a frozen rotor. First loose all wheel nuts so that the tire is not tightly attached to the wheel hub. Get in the car, drive the car forward then step on the brake. If that did not loosee the rotor, drive backward then step on the brake again. Note that some rotors are screwed to the hub. Remove the screws before you do the procedure. If your Altima still can move a short distance by itself, you can try this trick. But I don't know how badly the rotor was damaged so make your own judgement before doing it.
