first of all you have figer out which cyclinder is missing by cut off ignition or fuel (based on no scanner).
depanding on your skill.
e.g.:
remove spark plug wire ( injector harness) one by one, and pay attention to engine. if nothing changed that is the bad one. if shake hard these are good.
then you will know which way to go by how you cut off.

if the problom not from ifnition or fuel sys. you need do compression test and leakage test to know where is the leaking.
if the problom start right after you change spark plugs and wires. I would thinking either wire did not put on right or plug thread stripped.
pay attention to the wire for that cylinder. if you can get a spark plug tester or old plug watch the spark you will know.
