Lexus IS250 quote: $30,288 plus tax & lic. Is it a deal?

不要意思,我又回来烦大家了.

终于在网上收到几个dealer的quote, 大概都是这个价位.
"MSRP of $34,716 I can offer it to you for only $30,288 plus tax and lic. "

请问大家该怎么往下讲呢?

我觉得应该要complete out door price 比较有优势,加州税高,而且我也不知道lexus 的license要多少钱. 大家觉得如果我bargain complete out door price, 应该从哪儿开始?
