Personally I would recommend Michelin for All Season tires... I have had Goodyear, BF Goodrich, Perelli, Kumho and Michelin. My subjective opinion is that Michelin tires are the best - even my engineer buddy who works at Goodyear agrees with me.

Michelin has promotions from time to time - it's still more expensive after rebates but the price difference is totally justified by the difference in performance under wet/icy conditions.
