It doesn't mean anything. The suit in Audi case is still
going on after 10-15 years I believe. This kind of suits
will be dismissed or active after all those cars turn
into scraps. I don't think those people are willing to
stop drive their cars because that's the only way
to get refund if they win in 15 years.
