Shall I repair my 2000 Accord or trade it in for a used BMW

My 2000 Accord (120000) miles need the following repair and service:

front and rear brake, both pads and rotors;
timing belt;
transmission fluid exchange;
two rear tires;
SRS light on;
brake lamp light on;
driver side power window not work well;
gas paddle or cable not smooth;
minor paint work;

All the repair may cost $2000. Shall I repair it or trade in for a used car (maybe a BMW)? Any suggestion?
