It's not only that. I was seriously considering the E Class a couple of years ago as my wife wanted a Mercedes for a change. After test driving it however, I was mightily dissapointed. The handling was simply not there and the egernomics was horrible. My wife agreed with me after driving both and the decision was a no-brainer.
