This is one of Toyota's common problem

You need use a ODB2 scanner to read the code. Most likily it is gas cap issue or you top off the gas when you fill the gas last time. The ODB2 scanner can erase the code and the CHeck Engine light will be off. The lower end ODB2 scanner is about $30 on amazon.
