first, the rubber seal should never been touched by wiper. I can't think of it being coming out without something to cut it.

secondly, there should be an asphalt-like paste along inside of glass edge between the glass and dashboard, which is weather tight. If you are seeing a gap there, that is definitely wrong. The quality of the car sucks.
