Was Corolla driver also at fault in the accident?

The Camry driver was certainly at fault in the accident. What about the Corolla driver as he real-ended the Taurus.

It looks like the collision before Corolla and Taurus was minor as none of the driver/passengers in Corolla was injured.

Taurus is certainly safer than Camry especially the newer ones.
