thanks for reply. the VIN# checked by insurance company shows model 2001, but the bill of sale shows 2002.
I filed claim to BBB, but the dealer chose not to response, BBB can't do anything.
Does the small court force them to refound my money?

i still didn't pick up the car yet, is that ok I drive it will I go to small claim court?
