item 1 seems too much. normally 2 struts cost from $80 - $160. labor around $120 - 240. you can do it yourself, not a big deal. (need a day if you never did it)
item 2 ?
item 3. mount cost item 4. Oil pan gasket leaking, depends how bad it is. If dripping a little bit, just add oil regularly.
