Honda Civic repair quesitons

Dear all:
(sorry, Chinese input program is not working now)
My 1999 Honda Civic LX with mileage of 120k.
Today on a regular check up by dealer. They told me:

1. Front Strut not working (it is touching suspension spring). Repair cost $570.
2.Rear trailing arm rubber bushing worn and broke. Repair cost $625
3. Front driver lower motor mount unit. Repair cost $157
4.Oil pan gasket leaking. Repair cost $250

Item 1 and 2 are safety related and sounded needing repair immediately. Please help me understand if the items are in urgent need for repair. and the costs are reasonable?
