Thanks for your suggestions. Very helpful! I have the driver's name and licens number from the police's report,but don't have the driver's own insurance information. Could you tell me more information about how to file a complaint to the state business dapartment? Usually how soon will the goverment deal with such cases after receiving the complaint? I'm afraid the car will get rusted if it takes too long.
