this radiator has been changed about 4 to 5 yes ago.

So it is still fairly new. when I changed thermostate, I use garden hose to flush the radiator, water flows fine. another thing is that when engine is hot, majority of radiator is not hot. right now, I tend to believe water pump blades are plastic and has been damaged. But let's see.
