Did you drive around for a while before you read the numbers for the idle? When the sensor is not heated to its working temperature when the car is first started, there will be no feed back and engine is running rich inherently to prevent stalling. How good is your replacement MAF sensor?

Just by the numbers, seems the O2 sensors are working.
