Most auto transmissions are sensitive towards ATF. It is suggested to use manufacture’s ATF only. Any additive is not encouraged.
Flush type of ATF changing may damage the transmission as well (for some makers). Be very careful. Routine AFT change is sufficient to keep transmission in good shape.
