If he/she is ~35-50 yr old and is the 1 st owner, you can try.
试驾的时候注意: Ask a friend of >5 years drive experience to test drive it and get his/her advice.
the point is: it's a car of only one owner before you; actually, hit by back has little damage on key parts, e.g. engine.
If your car need emission test for the Tag, ask the owner showing you a copy of the last emission test results.
