What do u mean by :"基本上没人开的车"?

ARe you looking to get a car that
1) " basically nobody drives"? or 1.1) a car basically nobody owns? Exotic car?
2) a car that you really don't need? ie. a car that will just sit in your backyard? Then why not just keep the Carrvan...
