If $26,359.83 is invoice price, it's a fair deal, not great. Normally if you are not picky at particular options or colors, you could cut the price a few hundred dollars lower than the invoice price since you can have different dealers to bid for your business.

As for financial options, I would take $1500 + 0% for 36 months.If you don't invest your saved money from the difference (about $250/month comparing to 0% for 60 months), your interest gain will be much less than $1500.
