as I said before, if the transmission is idea and
can provide any gear ratio instantly, the engine
with bigger peak power always win.


But, if the transmission is real and provides only
finite number of gear ratio. Then we need to consider
the transmission gear ratio and horsepower curve(or
torque curve, basically they the same thing) to pickup
the winner
