新手买车，请高手帮忙看看车行检查后的报告，谢谢！

有了小孩，想换一辆车，看中一辆05年的Ford Escape XLT， V6, AWD, 到车行检测，给了一个报告，由于不懂，想请版上的高人看看给指点一下可以买吗？谢谢！
报告如下：
Right side front axle seal is starting to leak
Engine oil is a little low
Tranny fluid is starting to lose its color, vehicle shifts fine, would recommend a transmission service
No brake pulsation on test drive. Brakes look good
Belts look in good shape
Sway bar links are loose. They are not broken
Right rear end of vehicle looks like it may have been put into a ditch, it has sign of being hooked to a tow truck
