If the codes are P0441 and P0446, it is very likely that the vacuum switch valve near the gas tank is bad.
Buy it from 1sttoyotapats.com will cost you $30-$40.
This faulty switch cause problems to a lot of toyota cars around 1998-2002. Somehow, the switch get rusty and stuck after some years.
I believe Toyota knows about the issue and changed the design of that switch. The new switch will not go bad.
It is a shame that Toyota never issued a service bulletin on this. Many owners have to spend $1000 to have it fixed at dealers.
