To be honest with you, you already got the highest value/price ratio when you buy a BMW in the USA. Initial price is an issue, keeping a good relationship with the dealer to facilitate warranty repairs is another issue. Ask a price from them (46K in this case), then give them back a price you decided. Make it firm that if they accept it you are ready to sign. They have no option, rather than saying "yes, sir."
