想買2009 Accord LX in South Jersey

We got price $19300+taxes from Dealer. I guess that I can take the car with me if I negotiate with dealer and pay $18500+taxes. Did anyone buy new Accord in South Jersey or Philadelphia area recently? What is the reasonable or good price I should pay? Thanks!
