请教关于Owner loyalty cash

一般需要怎样证明这个ownership? 还是就是这么一说， 人人都能拿到这个debate.

Volvo 现在有8% price cut on XC90, $1500 owner loyalty cash, and $4000 dealer cash on 3.2trim XC90。但我现在没有volvo车， 不知道那$1500能否拿到。
