Right, maybe EPA needs to change

I checked above website, based on 57 users' survey, for 06 Jetta TDI automatic, averaging 41.2 mpg; I also looked at tdiclub.com, most users achieved 42-44 mpg. But EPA labels it highway 41 mpg and EPA city 36 mpg...
