Car AC not cold when weather is hot. Need help!

I wonder if anyone can help me.

My car is 96 Toyata Camry LE. The AC works fine when the weather is below 75F.

If the weather is hot, the AC works fine for the first 10 minutes, then it stops working. It looks like something caused the AC to shut off when the temperature is high.
