Is this too good to be true?

我在当地AutoTrader上发现这个车， 发email去问， 下面是卖主的答复，总觉得似乎有什么不对，为什么卖这么便宜？ 我怎么能查到这个车是否有warranty ? 如果我买了，warranty 可以继续吗？
