I am offering $20000 for a new Toyota Highlander 08 V6 4WD with leather on all 3 rows. I am also trading in my 03 Mazda MPV EX in addition to the $20000. MSRP for the 08 Highlander is $31895+1800 (leather)= $33695

Is this a good deal?
