try this:
turn the car on, try emergency switch. If all lights flashes normal, most likely you'll need to replace a flasher. If problem persist, you could have a bad bulb. If neither of this fixed the problem, it could be a bad wire or grounding and most likely you'll need to spend some time with a mechanic.
