bad battery?

I can't start my car this morning. At first, the electronic panel can be
turned on. After several trial, even the electronic panel didn't display
anything. A friend helped me to jump start. However after that, it works
just fine. I have no problem to start the car so far.

Did go to walmart.The guy tested my battery and told me it's bad battery. Do
I need to change me battery? Or should I go to Autozone for another
inspection? Not sure if it will happen again tomorrow morning.

Maybe it's too cold here in MI.
