How to remove car dealer's logo?

Just notice the dealer's logo and address on the back of the car. It's not a sticker. It looks like they were glued. I hear you can use hair dryer to heat it and then remove? Has anyone done before. Please share the experience? I bought the car from a small dealer month ago. Can I ask him to remove it? Thanks!
