If you added oil to PS reservoir but have not started engine yet, you can suck it out by using any one of the followings - soft tube syphon; any vacuum pumps, like Windex hand sprayer...

If you have started engine, you can disconnect returning hose (let it output to an oil container or just a coke bottle, later send it to recycle center) and while adding new PS fluid from top, let engine run so to push the old/contaminated fluid out, until you see the returning hose having fresh PS fluid. Stop engine and reconnect to the hose.

This should be an easy remedy...
